Gulf Oil and GAS Ltd was created in 1992 by the joint venture programme of RPC AND NNPC to recruit and distribute both oil marketing companies and liciensing of oil marketing companies worldwide. Since 1992 it has created and distributed oil products from Russian sea ports and bonny terminals amounting to billion of bbls and metric tons. Recently an opportunity was released by the joint venture agency to disytibute more petroleum oil products.
